Hammer Time Workout
β’ Dynamic warm up drills + warm-up jog
β’ Interval track workout focused on building top end speed and improving cardio threshold & core based drills to build strength and improve inner foundation. Periodic time trials to help measure progress (400M, 1 Mile, 5K distances).
β’ 100% fun!
Note: Highly encouraged to bring a headlamp/flashlight as itβll be dark in the morning. Feel free to bring your own hydration drink if preferred which are especially helpful between workout segments.
